PLANNING & DESIGN

Every client’s needs are unique. As a result, we develop tailored solutions that anticipate client needs prior to or during the initial design phase and base building programme. We deliver what we promise through a transparent and structured design management plan. Not only does this guarantee we remain on schedule, but it also builds in the necessary flexibility to accommodate changes along the way.

PROTOTYPES

Where required, our team can carefully construct prototypes of commercial building elements, such as the façade or the floor layout. We can also take this a step further and conduct working trials of the space – enlisting the help of intended occupants to determine how they will function within it.

We adeptly manage the site construction team, sub-contractors, services consultants, quality assurance documentation and regulatory authority approvals process.

The health and safety of our stakeholders is at the forefront of everything we do. Mountain Earth are committed to managing the safety of our clients, contractors and visitors throughout the project. We work with our clients to design and integrate safety controls that minimise and eliminate risks from our projects.
A dedicated HSQE team will ensure compliance to each project’s plans and processes, with continuous auditing and assessment.
Mountain Earth aims to build all its projects in a sustainable manner ensuring we minimise their environmental impact. We integrate waste minimisation and prevention actions into the design of each of our projects. Our considerations include; minimising waste through clever designs and pre-fabricated materials, using sustainable construction materials and reusing materials where possible. We also aim to work with subcontractors who share our ethos and goals.
Our quality systems and processes as well as the standards we expect from our subcontractors ensure we consistently deliver our projects to the highest standards. We work closely with subcontractors to ensure all aspects of the delivery team are of the most exceptional quality and continuously review and update to make improvements.
Our responsibilities extend to leaving a positive impact on the local communities in which we operate. We do this through clear communication with local community groups and councils to ensure our developments enhance their surroundings and give back to the local area, whilst minimising disruption.
