SPRINGBANK HOUSE

Mountain Earth has achieved practical completion of the fit out of 14,000 sq ft of office space at Springbank House in Altrincham.

Working on behalf of our client Property Alliance Group, Mountain Earth delivered this CAT A fit-out over 4 floors to a 12 week programme deadline. Works included the strip out of existing interiors, a new heating and cooling system, feature lighting and a full bathroom fit-out over four floors. Mountain Earth also installed access control, CCTV, intruder alarms and fire alarms.
