Following our early engagement model, we worked with our client Real Estate Investment Partnerships to resolve immediate issues of discharge of planning conditions. This involved the development of: 

  • Demolition strategy 

  • Construction programme

  • Temporary works strategy 

  • Heritage works

  • Interfacing and management of Manchester City Council 

  • Implemented a management framework including an inspection and test plan structure to manage heritage considerations.

We achieved the client’s desired outcome on time and within the budget, subsequently being awarded the main works, which are due to commence on site size in Q4 2023.
