The project involved two parts; 90,000 sq ft Industrial warehouse and Cat A office refurbishment woks for CBRE/HSBC and 15,000 sq ft Cat B office fit out for tenant Pan World Brands. The first project included installation of:

The second project was a fit out of new tenant’s office including:
